Starters


  • Butternut squash soup with roasted pine nuts and a swirl of crème fresh (v)
  • Grilled Halloumi with tomato and red pepper salad, tahini sauce and flat bread (v)
  • Seared scallops served with cauliflower purée and a chilli lemon butter sauce
  • Smoked Salmon and spicy King prawn salad and toasted bread
  • Spiced Beef bourek – Pan fried fillo pastry filled with minced beef and soft cheese





Mains

  • Bakoula, feta, ratatouille and pine nuts hand pies with spiced potatoes (v)
  • Spicy vegetable tagine with caramelised apricots and toasted pistachio (v)
  • Traditional lamb shoulder tagine, roasted almonds, sesame seed and caramelised
  • prunes, served with home-made bread
  • Trio of fish (grilled salmon, sea bass, and sword fish) with tomato and basil hollandaise
  • sauce, served with sautéed new potatoes and saffron rice
  • Confit of duck leg tagine with caramelised figs, butter beans and winter vegetables
  • Pan seared fillet of beef with boulangére potato, mushrooms with peppercorn or garlic sauce




Desserts


  • Chocolate tart served with raspberry and vanilla ice cream
  • Home-made mango and passion fruit cheesecake served with a fruit coulis
  • Pistachio and pecan baklava served with honey and cinnamon syrup
  • Cheese platter, selection of four cheeses with grapes and celery
